ACORN's biggest fundraiser of the year, the Tour de Farms, is looking for volunteers! Our biking farm tour is a yearly celebration of all things food and farming in the Champlain Valley. This year's tour will be held on Sunday, September 15. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for folks looking to get involved in this great day of biking fun!
Tour marshall: this opportunity is great for experienced bikers. Ride the 10-mile or 30-mile route with a group of bikers. You will be our "eyes on the road" and will be responsible for checking in with bikers and farm stops along the way.
Parking and registration: volunteer in the morning and ride the route after! Arrive early to help us get folks parked and registered and receive a free ticket for the Tour de Farms!
Farm stop: biking not your thing? No worries! You can volunteer at a farm stop and help one of our fabulous farm partners with set up, break down, and distribution of samples to riders.
