Help make Counseling Service of Addison County’s annual Bocce Tournament a huge success! Over 100 volunteers make this a fun, connecting community event, and an important fundraiser for our work towards community wellness. Note that some of the jobs require strength and some an early morning hour. Roles/times are listed below, and you can sign up online here. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a follow-up email about task details and instructions.
- Tuesday, September 29, 9 AM-12 Noon. CSAC offices. Preparing goody bags for participants and volunteers. (8 people needed)
- Wednesday, September 30, 9 AM – 12 Noon. CSAC offices. Preparing goody bags for participants and volunteers. (8 people needed)
- Friday, October 2, 3:30pm PM-7:30 PM. Meet at CSAC offices Load trucks with court materials, tables, coolers, signs, etc. and move to Bocce fields and unload trucks. (12 strong people needed)
Saturday, October 3:
- 6:30 AM – 8:15 AM. Set up tournament tables, signs, coolers, etc. (12 people needed)
- 6:30AM – 9:30 AM Food set-up (4-6 people needed)
- 7AM – 9 AM Registration desk, volunteer check-in & concierge/greeter (8 people needed)
- 9:30 AM – 12:30 AM Food tables (3 people needed)
- 8:30 AM – 12 Noon Referees needed (20 people needed)
- 8:30 AM – 12 Noon Substitute Referees and substitute players as needed (8 people needed)
- 8:30 AM – 12 Noon Score runners/Court monitors (8-people needed)
- 12 Noon – 3 PM Event clean-up/ equipment load and return to CSAC offices (12 FRESH/NEW people needed)
