This week we would like to commend the Middlebury College Men's Rugby team for their excellent service to the community. This fall, the team initiated a Sunday afternoon grilled lunch at the Charter House and have continued to serve it ever since. Community members rave about the meal and the Charter House Board of Director President, Andy Nagy-Benson, says he is extremely impressed by the team's strong commitment to service. The team's community service coordinator, Raouf Belkhir, says he and his fellow teammates enjoy the opportunity to interact with the community while helping provide a meal. He went on to say, "[The weekly lunches] foster an important relationship between the college and community members of Middlebury." Belkhir and the rest of the team hope to have stared a tradition that will last for years to come. Thank you Middlebury College Rugby!
