Who We Are
We are a non-profit community-based organization that has been serving Addison County for over 40 years by caring for our cherished elders and supporting caregivers through a loving community that supports a positive vision of what it means to age in place.
What We Do
Elderly Services provides services that support of the elders of our community and the families who care for them. Project Independence Adult Day program provides a home-away-from-home rich with stimulating programs, delicious meals, wonderful people to talk to, and nursing and social work support on site. ESI College is a lifelong learning program for very independent seniors. Our Center for Positive Aging provides counseling, caregiver support and problem solving through a stellar staff of social workers and counselors.
