Rokeby Museum opens for the 2018 season with a special lecture program for Vermont history aficionados.
Susan Ouellette, Professor of History and American Studies at St. Michael’s College, will speak about Phebe Orvis, a 19th century resident of Addison County, VT, and St. Lawrence County, NY, and the journal she kept from 1820 – 1830.
